Please be advised that all NYC public schools will be closed for mid-winter recess from Monday, February 21, to Friday, February 25, 2022. As the result, the Saturday program will also be canceled on February 19 and 26, 2022.

Your NewYork-Presbyterian School-Based Health Center has some exciting news: We now have an online consent form! This means that parents/guardians can quickly and easily complete and submit the consent form from their computer, smartphone, or tablet. Our paper form will continue to be available and accepted, but we expect that many parents will prefer the convenience of the online form.
